Day Twenty Two - 6/23

Today was a very productive day. I made good progress with some of the catering companies I had been speaking to. However, we were missing the name and address of some hotels. I called Hannah Murphy to ask for these. This was slightly confusing so I had to be very clear with my wording when on the phone to pizza places. There were two different locations that we would need the delivery going to. One hotel for the residential campers. And the other in which the college coaches were staying. Today I managed to get confirmation from Jayne at YogaOnYork. She said she would be able to bring a team of 4/5 instructors to run an introductory yoga session for 50 mins. Jayne and her team would only be able to make the boy's event. So this meant finding another company to work with for the girl's event. I had also just received the good news that Libby from YogaSource Los Gatos has confirmed to work the Norcal camp. I was told that when speaking with Yoga companies we would need at least 4/5 instructors to help with the number of campers. In this case, Libby was only able to find 2 assistants to help her out. Due to a lack of interest from other yoga companies around the area Chris was happy to lock it in as he thought this is the best we will get. 2 yoga instructors confirmed in one day was very motivational for me and I am looking forward to completing more tasks tomorrow.
