EXACT Sports offers a fresh perspective on athletes. We're trying to figure out what the most important factors are for athletic performance. These tools assist athletes in tracking and improving traits including motivation, confidence, competitiveness, leadership, and mental toughness. History of Supporting Player Development

EXACT Sports has a long history of working with and investigating the development of young people and athletes. Since then, they have created new behavioral exams and tools, as well as expanded our partnerships to include the National Hockey League (NHL), Major League Lacrosse (MLL), and Major League Soccer (MLS), among others. Finally they work closely with young organizations to promote positive youth development. These tools are applicable to all sports, genders, and ages.

Science and Academia

EXACT Sports foundations are based on scientific knowledge of youth development. Their work with athletes is guided by science consultants and personnel. Also they have been able to publish exciting study findings and conduct coaching education seminars as a result of their work with thousands of athletes of all ages, genders, and competition levels.
