Day Seventeen - 6/16

Today I continued with the project that Barry Tarter assigned me. I was close to completing the list of venues. However, there were still a few that did not answer my calls/emails which I will be following up with. At this moment I was also getting responses from the initial vendor village emails that I sent out. So today I wanted to get caught up on those following up with providing the correct information for what is next if the company is interested in becoming a vendor for EXACT Sports summer camps. As the day went on I became more motivated and productive. I set up a call with my fellow intern Lisa, to see how she was progressing with her tasks. Also, to make sure we were still working efficiently and effectively. Lisa informed me of her recent progress and what goals she has for the next few days. Lisa who lived in Chicago has the opportunity to go into the office a few times. With my mentorship role being completely remote (until the summer camps begin) it was mandatory for me to go into the office in Chicago. Because I knew it would not be possible to travel up there, I would ask Lisa all about the office. I wanted to know how it looked, and how the overall environment was. It is clear already just how well ran EXACT Sports is as a company through their organization and staff personnel. To conclude today was another positive and productive day for myself and the operations team.
